Super special lamp, a kind of ball with bobbles. I think it was a decorative object once, the ball with the bobbles, and up cycled by a creative creature.
It now wears a bright orange linnen lamp shade, but you do not have to buy that as well. You can buy the lamp base separately. And the lamp shade is can be bought separately as well.
