The are not yet old enough to talk about Dutch Cultural Heritage, but they are a prime example of Dutch traditional craftsmanship. These tea light holders with frogs. Yes, I have to sets. This one and somewhere here in the webshop an other set, that looks like it but is not exactly the same.
Crafted at Zintin in Emmen, the Netherlands, a pewter foundry known for its artisanal craftsmanship and casting of all kinds of animals. Among which these sweet frogs on a lily pad. And some loose roaming frogs to go with it.
I can not date them, they are not that old but for sure they are not new. And they are super super cute.
Price is for the set, so the tea light holder and the loose frogs and lily pad you see in the photo. And it will only be sold as a set.
Dimensions: height 5 cm, diameter lily pad 12 cm. And the mini frogs, 1 cm height.
