To start with, I would like to tell you that the chargers are lighter blue than they appear in the photo's. They are a shade between dark and light blue. But it seems that I can not get the right shade in the photo. So that is why I have included a photo where this charger is put on the wall, between two really dark blue plates. Just to show what I mean

Transfer print. So not hand painted. I have two. Both are in good antique condition. Both are missing a little piece of decoration on the rim. And one has also a little brown dot in the glazing
