I do hope that you enjoy your purchases. However, to err is human so you can always return your purchase. However some (legal) conditions apply on the annulment of the purchase and returning it. 

If you want to return your purchase, please let us know within 14 (calendar) days that you wish to return your purchase. You can notify us either by email ([email protected]) or by phone +31 (0) 629 04 1822. You do not have to give the reason why you want to return your order, but I  would appreciate it if you would let me know, I  can only learn for the feed back. 

After notifying me, you have an other 14 calendar days to return the goods to me. You will get a full refund, including the delivery costs to your home. However, please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns. 

With returns I adhere to the policy that however the purchase arrived at your doorstep, the same method should be used for returning it. So if you received a shipment through the mail, you can return via mail. If you received a shipment through GLS, you can return via GLS. Please provide me with the track & trace number to follow your parcel. 
 
Purchases that were picked up at the warehouse an be returned to the warehouse. But please let me  know when you are coming beforehand, so I know when to  expect you. 

Purchases that were delivered to you by truck and handsome strong men, will be picked up by the same handsome strong men . Please contact me to make an appointment. The costs of the delivery will be the same as the costs for the return pick-up. 

 Items can only be returned if they're well packed, undamaged and complete, so with everything that is supposed to be there. This includes all the screws, bolds, lights etc if applicable,  so please ensure that they are packed well. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the returned item.

I am unable to issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to me. I therefore recommend that you get proof of postage or a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Upon receipt of your item I will check first if all is as it should be. If everything is fine, I will let you know and you will receive a refund as soon as possible, but for sure within 14 days.
