I am even a bit proud of this table. It is such a special piece. I think this is the catch of the year. This table stood in front of a stall of shop on the market, filled with all kinds of produce. And it served as a cutting table as well, where the for the dear customers pieces of the foodstuffs were cut and packaged. You can see the cutting marks in the top of the table.
And then, at the end of the trading day two strong men lifted the table, each on one side, and carried the whole thing inside. Or just the top, could be as well, since the top is not attached to the frame and has two handles to lift it as well. So you even can use it as a very very oversized butler tray. Very oversized, super sized it a better word for it.
If I had a very large kitchen, I would have kept it myself, but alas, I have a very small one. But maybe you have room for it. It would look stunning as an island in a kitchen.
It is too heavy to ship by regular mail so if you buy it, you can come and pick it up in the shop or have it delivered for a reasonable fee at your door.
