This little bear looks a bit like a cartoon bear in the Netherlands from the sixties "Bruintje Beer". But it is not him, because 'Bruintje Beer' did not smoke and this sweety has a pipe in his mouth.
But he is from the sixties, that he is. How do I know? I bought it from an older gentleman that was moving to a care home. And he had bought this one for his children, when they were young. And that was in the sixties. So that is how I know.
And his age gave him a stunning patina.
