Haga's buttery drip cookies tin, antique, lovely colours and label, Holland (Sneek), around 1900
| Availability: | In stock |
Very decorative tin canister for 'drip cookies' made by Haga. Did you ever have one? I did, a very nice but greasy cookie that looks a bit like a flat birds nest. Taste wise it is very brittle and crispy, not too sweet. Highly recommend. If you can buy them, since they are only made in Friesland, the northern province of the Netherlands.
This is an antique tin from the Saga factory. Decorated with Art Nouveau details, a picture of the Waterpoort in Sneek, the crest of the Netherlands and some medals.
Very nice as cookie tin, but even nice enough to put it on display in your kitchen without any additional function then being pretty.
Dimensions: diameter 10 cm, height 27 cm.
