Painting of a girl reading in bed , oil and acrylic paint on hard board , lovely vintage gilded frame, Amporo 2026
| Availability: | In stock |
Painted especially for me by my favourite painter in Spain, my dear friend Rafael Amporo.
This lovely painting of a girl, just chilling. No Netflix, just a good book.
You know those wonderfully lazy Sunday mornings when you have absolutely nothing to do and nowhere to be? And you decide to stay in bed a little longer, still in your pyjamas, reading a book. Isn’t that just the perfect Sunday?
Painted with great care and attention to detail, in beautiful, soft and calming colours. The painting is on hardboard, with the background painted in acrylics and the girl herself in oils.
This time, it is framed in a beautiful vintage frame. The outer edge is gold-coloured, the inner edge silver, and the border immediately surrounding the painting is gold again.
The frame really is the finishing touch.
