When I bought this set of dining room chairs I had the plan to strip them to the original wood and give them a little shine with some wax. But while in the process I found some (old) repairs, very well executed, in high quality wood but of a different kind, colour and grain. The solution presented itself in the shape of a paint can and a brush.
And here it is, the final result; antique chairs in a modern colour. The current (older) upholstery matches the paint wel I feel, but you can replace it rather easily if you want to.
I have three and they can be bought as a singleton. The price you see here is for one though.
