They are very rare nowadays, these cast iron benches with 'faux bois' decor. Used to be very hip and happening once. But they went out of style after a while and production stopped. But I love them.
So I am rather excited and proud that I have one in my warehouse. It is black now but the old paint layers shimmer through the black in places. The planks on the seating have been replaced, once. Maybe with a bit too sturdy to my taste ( I did not do this by the way). But they will last you a lifetime now.
The bench is too large and heavy to ship by regular mail, but for a small but reasonable fee it can be delivered at your doorstep. Or you can come and pick it in the warehouse, always welcome.
