Antique pine dresser, South of Germany, 1890

Me personaly (but who am I?) feels this is one of the nicest dressers we ever had. I love the top and what makes it really very very special, according to me that is, are the drawers that are hidden in the wavy corners.
And what I find really very endearing are the crocheted ribbons along the shelves on the inside. Made with pride a long long time ago by a German lady. Not saying I like them, I would rather rip them out and leave the shelves bare, but I can just picture this plump little domestic goddess, sitting in her rocking chair by the fire, in the dead of winter in Germany, silently and content crocheting the ribbons for her new dresser. The pride and joy of her dining room.
So, it is from Germany, around 1890 and made in pine and painted French grey. Just so you know, the dresser is in one piece, so please keep that in mind, if you want to order it and you want to have it on the second floor. Make sure it fits your stairs.
This dresser can not be shipped by mail but has to be transported to your home. And he will be brought to you by two very handsome guys for a reasonable fee. So if you order it, we will let you know how much the delivery costs will be exactly.
Dimensions: h 157 cm, w 135 cm, d 55 cm.
