Rustic rusty 'blaker' or sconce, not very old but very decorative, France, around 2000

I wasn't paying enough attention and I really thought these 'blakers' (plural yes, I have two of them, even though there is only one here on the photo) were of rather respectable age.
But at home I had a really good look at them, with my glases on, (which makes all the difference) and doubt krept in. Krept in hard!. They were very alike and the rust on them was very very regular. Much more regular than I had ever seen before in or on antique iron candlesticks. Suspiciously regular. And even more suspect was that the rust did not leave stains. Have you ever touched a very rusted item and your hands came away squeaky clean? No, me neither.
So, long story short, these are still very decorative, these blakers, but by no means are they old. I am waaaaay older then these two. They have just come of age, if that. But if you do not begrudge them their youth, than these or one of them can be for you.
So the price stated is for one, and you can buy them separately
